Is Krisp HIPAA Compliant?

The Verdict
Krisp offers a BAA only on the Enterprise tier of its AI Meeting Assistant with a 100-seat minimum, which puts compliance out of reach for small practices entirely. Meeting content is not monitored, sold, or used, and model improvement is consent-based.

The Catch
Vendor pages disagree on the tier name, the security page says "Business," the pricing page says Enterprise 100+. The pricing page is current. Either way, the seat floor is the story.
If Your Staff Use It
The noise-cancellation feature is benign; the meeting assistant is where transcripts happen. Policy should split the two by name.
